This daily correspondence between schools she attended and us gives you a glimpse of our daily life. Most parents of typical children do not communicate on daily basis with the teachers. This gives a reader an insight to how important daily communication is for a child with autism.

9/7 Hi Everyone ,
Our vacation was cancelled , Tom's grandma passed away .
We hope Kat has a great day . Let us know how she adjusted to new school and children .

We have a super class this year and Kats fits right in - she worked very cooperatively today even w/ all the adjusting w/ new students and the new classroom , school lunchroom routine ,playground - she was super ! !

We had P.E. today ( M . W . & Th . ) and Kat had a rough time w/ her dress & shoes - could you please send the sneakers on P . E . days & appropriate dress for running , jumping ,etc . THANKS!
